The content of this website (texts, visuals, logos and videos) is protected. Hack40 and its logo are used by Digital Minded. Client and partner logos belong to their respective owners and are shown as references. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data

This website has no contact form and no user account. The personal data we process is limited to the emails you send us, the appointments you book through Calendly (covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy) and, with your consent only, audience measurement cookies. This data is used only to answer you and is never sold.

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to fabrice@hack40.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
